I almost confirmed my new apartment. There are too many attractive things:
1. only commute 15 mins to office
2. same building with my best friend
3. nicely decorated, just need a mattress and TV
4. environment is nice, neither too noisy nore silent
5. rent is not expensive
Really look forward to moving in but need to wait till Feb.
