I worked at office until 2am today! It is due to a less competent staff while I am not pushy enough. I'd better manage him closely though I am reluctant to finish that task indeed.
I found DEM course in my MBA programme useful, I have learnt many theories from the course and now I can apply in in the "Change" programme. We will go to a retreat next Sat, so we are busy in preparing the programme and materials now. Not very enjoyable under this tight reporting deadline.
