Am doing year end appraisal for my staff recently, I'd love chatting and sharing experience with them, but not filling in the long appraisal form. That form is not user friendly, too long that make people don't want to fill in seriously.
I believe I am quite welcomed by the staff, may be due to my good reputation and credit built up in the past :) Some of them said I brought "hope" to them when they know that I am joining their department, they said they want more fairness and positive attitude. Hmm, hope they are not disappointing.
Looking forward to Shenzhen SM conference next week and Australia trip by the end of this month. I need to gear up, clear all stuff before holiday.
