Apartment Hunting

I am thinking to move out from my family and stay by myself. Just want to stay closer to the office so that I could sleep a bit more and reach home a bit earlier everyday. However, am still struggling on it because it may not be fun to stay in a smaller place but pay a large amount.

Also, as it is predicted that there will be a further property market slump a quarter later, it is not urgent for me to pick anything in a rush. I have looked at a couple of apartments with an agent, some are nice but still not perfect.


Interesting to own the whole floor but too smalllllllllllll


Good view at Victoria Park but the price is not attractive


Nicely furnished apartment but a bit far away from the office
